[...] Scott Monty has gotten plenty of praise for the way he’s led Ford in social media, and deservedly so. He’s now got Ford running ten different Twitter accounts, realizing that the same people who follow @forddrivegreen are likely not the same as @fordmustang followers. They are just finishing up the Fiesta Movement, a social media-led effort to gain publicity for the Ford Fiesta small car – the North American version launches this week at the LA Auto Show so we’ll soon see how this effort pays off. And I was chosen to be part of the Taurus Game Day Experience – more on that here [...]

Way to go, Kyle! Glad someone in the family is lucky enough to win something. My first Ford was a 1967 500XL bright red convertible with a huge gas guzzling engine, but I didn't care -- gas was 25 cents a gallon. Loved that car! Have a great time at both games -- and go like Hell, but don't crowd!!

Hey kid,
I am the one who bought and drove that Taurus 180,000 miles. Just remember that when you win some of these prizes! I saved some miles on it and gave it to you for nothing. Take me along on some of these great trips.

Dude,

Not that this isn't a cool thing to win, but FORD should do a "part two" and send some lucky winner (you and me) to the 24 Hours of Daytona.

After all, it ties in much better with the whole car thing.

Also, FORD should be very proud of the fact that they didn't implode and file for bankruptcy and they didn't ask for a government handout.

The last FORD I drove was a diesel Focus wagon in Italy. It was a great car that deserved to be imported to the United States. I also had the experience of driving the Taurus you used to own. It was way better than a mini van.

Enjoy the ride and enjoy the trip.
